Grond

So, I recently started DMing a D&D game with a few friends. Even though I'm a first time DM and we were all tabletop RPG-virgins, it's been a f**king ton of fun. Just gathering around a table with your friends and some food, some paper sheets, no screens, having some real face time, no skype or teamspeak in between, trying to kill their imaginary alter egos with your imaginary (imaginary?) god-status, seeing the terror in their eyes as their characters (who they have just become attached to) get knocked unconscious  and are a die-roll away from permanent death. Preparing the session is a lot of work, but it's incredibly gratifying.

Naturally with all the rpg-ing excitement came a lot of artistic inspiration, and I had to paint my players characters. So first is Grond, the lvl 1 tiefling sorceress.Or she says she's a sorceress at least, all her adventuring companions have seen her do so far is shooting bolts and stabbing people.
